Solidus Private

Business AI · Superintelligence implementation

Business AI and superintelligence, put to work inside your company.

Solidus Private implements AI for leadership teams and the businesses they run: teams of specialized AI agents, automated workflows, and connections to the systems you already use. It is designed with you, built in accounts you own, and yours from the first day.

Engagements are taken on by referral and direct inquiry, a few at a time, and handled personally by Christopher Banks, the founder.

The work

What we build.

We begin with the work, not the technology. The question is always which hours, errors or delays are worth removing, and whether AI is the right means of removing them.

  • Teams of specialized AI agentsAgents with narrow jobs and their own instructions, one per workflow, working for the business every day. That is what superintelligence looks like in practice.
  • Agents for routine workSystems that prepare, check and route the recurring tasks that occupy skilled people: intake, scheduling, follow-up, reconciliation.
  • Workflow automationThe handoffs between inbox, calendar, documents and accounts, made reliable and written down.
  • Internal toolsSimple, purpose-built screens for the work your team does every day, where off-the-shelf software does not fit.
  • IntegrationConnections to the email, files, records and accounting systems already in place. We work around what you have before proposing anything new.
  • StewardshipMonitoring, adjustment and plain reporting once a system is in service, for as long as you want it.

Who it is for

Leadership teams ready to implement AI.

Leadership teams

Owners and executives who want AI working across the business, not a pilot that stalls: a written plan, clear ownership, and systems the team actually uses.

Businesses implementing AI

Companies that have tried a chatbot and a pile of logins and want something dependable: specialized agents connected to real workflows, checked and reported on.

Operators

Owner-led businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheets and inboxes, and want the next stage of growth to come without a matching increase in overhead.

Professional firms

Legal, accounting and advisory practices that want the benefit of these tools without placing client matters in systems they do not control.

An engagement

Discover, design, build, implement, steward.

01

Discover

A private conversation, then a close look at how the work moves today: who does it, where it stalls, what it costs.

02

Design

A short written plan: what we propose to build, what it will touch, what it will not, and how success will be judged. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

03

Build

The system is built and tested against your real work, in your accounts, with your team reviewing it as it takes shape.

04

Implement

A measured introduction to daily use, with instruction for the people who will rely on it and a clear way to step back if anything is not right.

05

Steward

Ongoing care: monitoring, refinement as your needs change, and a brief written account of what the system has done.

Discretion

Your systems, your accounts, your work.

You own everything we build.Code, configuration, documentation and data remain yours from the first day, not at the end of the engagement.
Accounts are opened in your name.Software, hosting and AI services are held by you. We work with access you grant and can revoke at any time.
Confidentiality is the default. We sign your agreement or provide ours. We do not name clients or describe their work.
We use only what the work requires. We do not ask for passwords in writing, and access is closed when the engagement ends.

Questions

Briefly.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Rarely. Most of the work is connecting and improving what is already in place. Where something new is warranted, we explain why in the written plan.

Where does our information go?

Into services held in your name and chosen with you. We explain, in plain terms, which provider handles what before anything is built.

What happens if we end the engagement?

You keep everything. We hand over documentation and remove our access.

How is the work priced?

By engagement, once the scope is understood. We discuss it after the first conversation, in writing.

Who will we be dealing with?

Christopher Banks, the founder. You can reach him directly at (870) 631-0998.

Begin with a conversation.

A short note about your business and the work you want AI to take on is enough. We reply from hello@solidusprivate.com, usually within one business day.
