This form
The request form collects your name, email, the best way to reach you, a household-size range, optional notes, and a reference number we assign. It does not ask for a home address, a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank details, a password, or an identity document.
We use that note to reply and to decide whether a membership is a fit. We do not sell it. This site does not use advertising cookies.
Cloudflare hosts this site. It may record the network address, the browser, and the page opened, so the site can run.
If you become a member
The member file is separate from this form. We keep only what is already public. The file stays private. Inside the office, we use a member number. Removal requests are sent from a Solidus address. Reports are sent by a link that expires. A saved copy of a listing is deleted after 30 days. When you leave, we delete the file.
An inquiry that never becomes a membership is kept only so we can reply. Write hello@solidusprivate.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.
Children
This site is not for children. A member may ask us to remove a child’s public listing. We do not use that information for anything else.
