Privacy services · Aircraft · Property · Household

A tail number should not lead to the house.

Public records can connect an aircraft, the company that holds a property, and the family that lives there. We find those connections and quietly close the ones that can be closed, beginning with a confidential snapshot at no charge.

The exposure

Three public records. One household.

Each record is unremarkable on its own. Together they can lead from an aircraft to a front door. We look at them as a whole.

  • Aircraft recordsA registration, an owner name, and the pages that tie them to a person.
  • Property recordsA deed held in a company name that still points back to the family.
  • The home addressPeople-search pages that place the house beside names and telephone numbers.
  • Family membersRelatives listed at the same address on sites they never joined.
  • Contact detailsPersonal emails and numbers that have become public.
  • Search resultsThe first page a stranger sees when they look.

The practice

Find, remove, confirm, watch.

01

Find

We search where a stranger would, and record precisely what is there.

02

Remove

With your written permission, we request removal from each site. Requests are sent in our name, not yours.

03

Confirm

We verify each removal and tell you plainly what remains.

04

Watch

Listings return. Each month we look again, address what has reappeared, and send a brief private report.

Aircraft and property

Flight tracking and title records.

Aircraft privacy

We assist with enrollment in the FAA's LADD and PIA programs, which limit public flight tracking. Air traffic control and the FAA continue to see the flight.

Property alerts

In each county where you hold property, we watch for filings that attempt to change ownership without your knowledge. We also watch for impersonation pages and request their removal.

For your attorney and CPA

We provide a short list of structural points worth their review: how property is titled, which mailing addresses are public, which contact details should be retired. We do not give legal or tax advice; your counsel decides what to change.

Information

We work only with what is already public.

We never ask for identity numbers, bank details, passwords or documents. If they are sent to us, we delete them and say so.
Files carry a member number, not a name.Only the person preparing your work sees it.
Reports arrive by expiring link. Not as email attachments.
When you leave, your file is deleted.Saved copies of listings are deleted after 30 days.

We cannot erase a person, and records kept by government offices generally remain public. What we can do is reduce what a stranger finds, and keep it reduced.

Questions

Briefly.

Can you remove a home address from people-search sites?

We request removal from each site and check whether the listing returns. Opting out does not remove records maintained by government offices.

Does aircraft privacy make an aircraft invisible?

No. LADD and PIA limit how flight data is shared publicly. Air traffic control still sees the flight, and the aircraft still broadcasts.

Do property alerts prevent a fraudulent deed?

No. A county notice arrives after a document is recorded. It gives you time to respond.

A name and an email are enough. No street address, no identity number, no payment.
