How we handle information.

We hold as little as possible, for as short a time as possible.

What we ask for

A name and an email. Optionally, a household name, an aircraft registration or a property city. Never a street address, identity number, bank details, passwords or identity documents. If any are sent, we delete them and tell you.

Who sees it

Only the person preparing your snapshot or audit. Internally, files carry a member number rather than a name.

How reports reach you

By a link that expires. We do not send reports as email attachments.

How long we keep it

Saved copies of public listings are deleted after 30 days. Otherwise, we keep a file only as long as it is needed, and delete it on request. When a member leaves, the file is deleted.

Removal requests

Requests to sites are sent by Solidus. Your home address does not appear on them.
