A sample snapshot.

An illustrative example. The household, names, places and registration are invented.

Household: "Kestrel" (fictional) · Prepared and signed by: Christopher Banks

What a stranger can find in one search

  1. Aircraft to owner. The FAA registry lists N0SMPL to "K█████ Holdings LLC." The company's state filing names a registered agent, not the family. Exposure: low on its own.
  2. Owner to house. The same company name appears on a county deed for a residence. The deed's mailing address is the residence itself. Exposure: high. The registration now leads to the house.
  3. House to family. Three people-search sites list the residence beside the principal's and spouse's names, ages and two telephone numbers. Exposure: high.
  4. Family to schedule. A public flight-tracking page shows recent trips, with no LADD or PIA in place. Exposure: medium.

What we would do first

  • Request removal from the three people-search sites, with written permission, and confirm they stay down.
  • Assist with LADD and PIA enrollment for the aircraft.
  • Give your attorney two points to review: the deed mailing address and the reuse of the company name.
