Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
The questions businesses and leadership teams ask most often, about business AI and superintelligence builds, and about our privacy services.
General
What does Solidus Private do?
Solidus implements business AI and superintelligence: teams of specialized AI agents, automated workflows, internal tools and integration with the systems a business already uses, built in accounts the client owns. We also offer household privacy services.
Who will I be dealing with?
Christopher Banks, the founder, handles every engagement personally. You can reach him directly at (870) 631-0998 or hello@solidusprivate.com.
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. Solidus is not a law firm and does not give legal or tax advice. Where exposure stems from how property or an aircraft is titled, we note it for your attorney or CPA, and your counsel decides what to change.
Business AI and superintelligence
Do we need to replace our current software?
Rarely. Most of the work is connecting and improving what is already in place. Where something new is warranted, we explain why in the written plan.
Where does our information go?
Into services held in your name and chosen with you. We explain, in plain terms, which provider handles what before anything is built.
Who owns what you build?
You do, from the first day. Code, configuration, documentation and data remain yours, and accounts are opened in your name with access you can revoke at any time.
What happens if we end the engagement?
You keep everything. We hand over documentation and remove our access.
How is the work priced?
By engagement, once the scope is understood. We discuss it after the first conversation, in writing.
Privacy
Can you remove a home address from people-search sites?
We request removal from each site and check whether the listing returns. Opting out does not remove records maintained by government offices.
Can you erase a person from the internet?
No. We cannot erase a person, and records kept by government offices generally remain public. What we can do is reduce what a stranger finds, and keep it reduced.
Does aircraft privacy make an aircraft invisible?
No. We assist with enrollment in the FAA's LADD and PIA programs, which limit how flight data is shared publicly. Air traffic control and the FAA still see the flight, and the aircraft still broadcasts.
Do property alerts prevent a fraudulent deed?
No. A county notice arrives after a document is recorded. It gives you time to respond. In each county where you hold property, we watch for filings that attempt to change ownership without your knowledge.
Whose name is on removal requests?
Requests to sites are sent by Solidus, in our name, not yours, and only with your written permission. Your home address does not appear on them.
The snapshot, the audit and membership
What is the private snapshot, and what does it cost?
A short private summary of where the household, its aircraft and its property are publicly exposed, written and signed by Christopher Banks. It is confidential and without charge, and there is no payment on this site.
What do you need from me to start?
A name and an email are enough. A household name, an aircraft registration or a property city is optional. Please do not send a street address, date of birth, identity number, bank details, passwords or documents.
How much do the audit and membership cost?
Pricing is on request. Begin with a private snapshot at no charge, and we will set out the audit and membership options for your household.
How do reports reach me?
By a link that expires. We do not send reports as email attachments.
How long do you keep my information?
Saved copies of public listings are deleted after 30 days. Otherwise we keep a file only as long as it is needed and delete it on request. When a member leaves, the file is deleted.
