About
A small practice, by design.
Solidus Private implements business AI and superintelligence for leadership teams and the businesses they run: teams of specialized AI agents, automated workflows, and the systems that connect them. It is deliberately small, and every build is handled personally.
Christopher Banks
Founder
I started Solidus because most businesses using AI have one chatbot and a pile of logins, while the owner is still doing the same routine work every morning. The systems that change that are specific: agents with narrow jobs, workflows that run on schedule, and tools the team actually uses.
I build those systems for my own companies first. At CB Shipping Solutions that meant a sales CRM, a quote tool, automated follow-up and order paperwork, built and used inside the business. I handle every Solidus build myself. Call me at (870) 631-0998 or write to hello@solidusprivate.com.
Begin with a conversation. A short note about your business and the work that keeps stalling is enough. If you would rather speak first, call (870) 631-0998.
What we do
Solidus designs, builds and puts into service teams of specialized AI agents, workflow automation and internal tools, connected to the email, files, records and accounting systems a business already uses. One general-purpose AI doing everything gets average work. A team of agents with narrow jobs, each with its own instructions, gets work a business can rely on. Business AI and superintelligence implementation.
How an engagement works
Each engagement moves through five stages: discover, design, build, implement and steward. We start with a close look at how the work moves today, then write a short plan of what we propose to build and how success will be judged. Nothing proceeds without your approval of that plan.
How we work
- Personally. Engagements are taken on by referral and direct inquiry, a few at a time, and handled by the founder.
- In your name. Accounts are opened in your name and everything we build is yours from the first day. Access is closed when the engagement ends.
- Quietly. We sign your confidentiality agreement or provide ours. We do not name clients or describe their work.
- With only what the work requires. We do not ask for passwords in writing, and we explain which provider handles what before anything is built.
How we handle information, in full.
